As of revision 9988, I have changed from "make test" to "make
test_noninteractive" as the command to use in the installed examples tree to
build and install all the examples using the traditional Makefile+pkg-config
approach.  The reason for this change in target name is to be consistent
with the newly implemented cmake approach for building and installing the
examples. I have appropriately updated our Wiki.

Earlier today, I also made Makefile+pkg-config changes to adjust to the D
examples being built with their own library (libplplotdmd) now.  As a result
"make test_noninteractive" in the installed examples tree appears to work
well.
