In revision 9766 I have made some simple changes that give good default
results when -geometry is not specified and which also give the proper (x,
y) sense of the bounding box both with and without -geometry being
specified.  As a result, the epsqt and pdfqt results look good now for
Qt-4.5. However, I had to guess at the #if QT_VERSION < 0x040400 logic. In
particular, for that case there is some logic still left in the code that
depends on initializing the width and height to -1.  Could you review the
patch corresponding to this revision to make sure it is okay?  That patch
should be generated by svn diff --revision 9765:9766 just to catch the
revision 9766 changes alone.
