seemed to die here, and its 9 months old. I have a few pages that look
pretty bad without proper utf-8 support in Plucker.

topalmtext has parameter -r used to select ranges of unicode characters to
include. Use it like this:
topalmtext -r-017f:0400-04f9:2010-2030 ...
to select Latin1, Latin-A, Cyrillic and some usefull punctuati
