-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: RIPEMD160 Greetings all, I've modified Sunrise (Laurens Fridael's successor to JPluck) to enable you to use the Firefox extension anywhere, and be able to pluck to a remote installation of Sunrise. For example, I can have Sunrise Desktop installed at home, but have the Sunrise Firefox extension installed at school. Authentication is via a shared pass-phrase. You can find the modified version of Sunrise Desktop and the Sunrise Firefox extension here: http://www.y3k.org/eugene/firefox/
Cryptographically strong password authentication has been added for security, but this still opens up Sunrise to external access. Be careful! If anyone wants the source code for the modifications, please email me. Thanks, Eugene P.S. The authentication mechanism does not protect against replay attacks. I suppose I could add this, but does anyone care? :) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.2 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFEZtB6mjBKecAKia8RA9ZSAJ9TS0BPhw1zpYmiKje+hPYLKDCKwACfcN3y iAJNYopZSf/zLzgIwwM2VIc= =D3Xv -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ plucker-dev mailing list plucker-dev@rubberchicken.org http://lists.rubberchicken.org/mailman/listinfo/plucker-dev
