I have been backing up /home/denis locally to a esata hard drive. I am
moving to a new system hard drive (ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04; 0.5T to 1.0T).
The equivalent new folder is /home/household. Basically this is just a
name change; all the folders and files have the same names under household
that they did under denis. I just copied them from the old drive to the
new drive.

If I make the appropriate name change of the vault (folder) on the backup
drive and appropriate changes in the default.conf file, will dirvish see
the files in the new drive as the same files that have been copied from the
old drive? If "yes", the space saved will be helpful. If "no", then more
space will be required, and any required restore will be a bit more
complicated.

Thanks,

-Denis
