Michael, Didn't watch the video. Instead, I used two fingers on one hand to hold both clips out from the board sides and used a very small screwdriver to gently lift the long edge. It did pop up and allow me to wiggle the module out of the socket. This was the under-keyboard module. After replacing it and re-installing the keyboard I'll do the in-base module. Thanks, Rich
