As for criteria, I would mostly be looking for deficiencies rather than efficiencies. Does it break down after the 10th participant joins? 20th? I don't think we have the manpower available to test at the 100 user level, but the more the better. "Breaking down" would consist of the video or audio

Since the list of tools is so large, it might be worth trying them on a larger time scale. Run a series of talks, each one focusing on a select number of tools. Someone just needs to manage the list and send out a notification in advance of the talk to inform participants which tools they should
