Hard to say. One of my mouse buttons is wearing out, the index finger
button, but I don't think that's it. I've started using a different
mouse, so we'll see

change the zoom level. It's not clear what caused the change. Sometimes
0 returns the wheel to scroll, but sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes
the effect prevents
