I've had to move the initrd's elsewhere when they've filled up /boot as
well. Move all but one in use and deleting to where ever you have space,
delete the linux-images gracefully with apt, moving another back when
deleting it next.

Do you have the motherboard model info? What external drives, what CPU, how
much ram, etc?
Of course, you could just go for 600W or more and be moderately sure that it
will be at least as good as the 450 was. In fact, I’d say up it to 500 anyway…
