I found out Tuesday what was causing me to not get the speed I was told
I should get. Once again the Comcast guy I was talking to said he
wanted to send out a repairman to find out why I wasn't getting the 150
Mbps everything told him I should be getting. Tuesday morning the

I still like the bosson subnet calculator, if nothing else it's the only
graphic one I've found in 20 years that shows inverse wildcard masks for
ios nicely.
They want you to log in to download it now, I just keep a probably 20 year
old binary install around still when a blue moon calls.
My last experience with Asus and ubuntu was a disaster to be honest. I had
a really nice new-ish 2014 Asus UX laptop my company gave me from an old
exec then, and nothing but weird bios bugs related to the nvidia card, in
fact I couldn't even install without it freezing up every time graphically

download a fresh ubuntu 18.04.1 there was a bug for some intel boards. also
I find it easier to install with the nomodset option for some nvidia cards
then after install rub the addl hardware to install Nvidia drivers. since
the error listed nouveau that should take care of any issues

I’m trying to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on an Asus UX501VW laptop, using the
disk from Ubuntu Unleashed 2019 edition. I have updated the BIOS and some
drivers using WIN 10.
The first time I got a text menu and selected Install Ubuntu. After an hour and
a half it wasn’t doing anything so I hard
