However you can use the recovery tool in windows or download a USB creator
from Ms.

I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 alongside Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 4 and
it works pretty much as advertised. Only the cameras are not working. Sleep
also does not work, but hibernate does, so no sleeping for this SP 4, just
hibernation.
