I'm new to API Requests in general.
I'm I have an admin API Token that should be able to do "all the things".
I'm using Postman and I'm trying to send queries to Chef Automate.
I'm following along with the Chef Automate API documentation:

I find for dealing with new APIs it helps a lot, you can play with the
UPDATE: The request works fine from my local SSH (Git Bash) environment.
I piped it into JQ and redirected that to a file I can view in vocode ...
but that's mildly annoying, as I was really hoping to use a purpose built
dev tool.
