Indeed, yahoo really screwed the pooch when they changed their DMARC policy near the beginning of April. Yahoo doesn't appear to understand appropriate use of DMARC. People who use mailing lists should use something other than yahoo accounts. Personally, I've been recommending against using

Everyone and everything from Yahoo email has been getting dropped, bounced, and/or marked spam on every service I have access to. It appears that the Yahoo change to their DMARC policy resulted in some negative side effects for their users. Hopefully your new approach will work well for you.
