I am not familiar with Drupal based sites, but is there a way to set up the
calendar so it automatically sends an email announcement of events?
I manage a couple of Plone based sites, and there are Python scripts that
send an email to members when an event is added or changed on the calendar.
The
Drupal's older calender module did not do automatic updates of calender
material; however Drupal can be configured to email notifications based on
updates to all material on the site - which I believe would be overkill?

Who would have thought that systems analysis boils down to the ability to read

I have been reading about and experimenting with the hamachi VPN tools
and so far while just useing some very basic settings in windows it is
working well.
Has anyone tried useing this on a linux machine yet?
