I didn't spend much time in Germany, but you will have a very difficult
time if you only speak English. Larger cities have a high percentage of
English speaking people, but more rural areas have very few bilingual
residents. Also, in eastern Germany older adults (35+) are less likely
to know Englis
Anyone know the ins and outs of landing an IT job in Europe.
Specifically interested in Germany. Anyone here done it? Is knowing
German a must ?

Not to diminish the real value of a live classroom experience but there
are several books that focus on algorithms + data structures in C.
There are also articles by Dan Saks that demonstrate C, data structures
and the code generated. I'd also be surprised if there weren't some
online recorded cou

ASU and the local community colleges used to have a data structures class from
the engineering department.
I'd imagine it still exists.

For WiFi if you get anything Intel or anything Atheros your pretty safe.
I think Atheros is pretty much the top for open-source drivers, but
that may have changed.

Yup, you need to create new accounts. We'll probably be getting rid of
the new account funcationality since there isn't any reason for someone
that isn't going to edit the website to have an account. That could
change in the future but for now it's not worth dealing with the
headaches caused
Nicely done Brian. I don't seem to be able to log in though. And if I tell

and with it we have a new website with a brand new unique template.
All these changes should give us a server that can spit out web pages
significantly faster than the old server and allow it to survive a
simple crawl from a
