In my scheme, the night hours are free (timings - 2AM to 8AM).
I am searching for an addon which will resume the download at a certain
time.
Is such an addon available?
If yes, please redirect me to the install site.

Firstly, in your OP you don't mention your platform OS. Linux lists
will assume your query is for the Linux platform.

wget is available on windows and it works in the same way as on linux.
You will have to figure out cron :-)

use cron with
wget -c
or investigate curl. I used to use curl in the bad old days of 14.4
speeds and have downloaded a 100 mb file over a period of 20 days
