[PLUG] offline quillpad?

hi,
i am looking for a software for writing in marathi like quillpad. if i am not 
mistaken, quillpad editor is avilable only online. 
is there any similar[easy to write], software avilable for offline working?

Its editor is available in online as well as offline mode. Also have pro and

I think this needs to be run in a browser.

I'm looking for modified/fixed instructions like these

I have installed scim-m17n, and copied hi-baraha.mim to location given in
the article, but I do not get marathi in the Add language option. All I
get is chinese.

When I try to install marathi via Language Support, I get message Package
already installed

Any ideas how I should troubleshoot this ?
