Recently lot of laptop vendors give Datacard (Reliance ot TataIndicom) free or at discounted rate with laptop. Earlier today I saw that one of the HP laptops provide free data card, but to keep costs down they ship with FreeDOS. Obviously options are to install Linux or Windows. Has anyone
