[PLUG] FOSS essentials workshops?
Hi all, came across this http://wiki.fossnepal.org/index.php?title=FOSS_Essentials_Training_2007 maybe PLUG could do something like this...1-2 day event, with some cover charge for participants to cover costs (food, logistics etc).. with some org. sponsoring a venue. Earlier PLUG used to do Linux awareness courses.. donno whats the status of it now. [PLUG] Sata 160 GB
Dear Sir I have a new 160 GB SATA hard disk .I have installed Mandriva 2007. After re booting the system , hard disk shows bad blocks and doesnot boot. I tried FC 6 as well as Suse 10.2 but same problem. Want to know if I need any special precaution to use 160 GB HD on Linux? Please help. Thanks -- Rajiv Gore Sai Links (India) Pvt.
