Is that license even legally valid on a public mailing list? Maybe the
admin should explicitly specify that all posts on the list
by making or calling something a public domain you also make it
available to the public... and public has a say in the process and
government conduct of it...

I have an assembled computer with:
--Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 4000+ (2.11 GHz) and
--ASUS M2N-MX SE mobo
--1GB RAM
This machine has not been working 100% right from the beginning. Some of
