I am working on a games Live DVD based on Fedora 8 which is under development now. Fedora 8 is scheduled to be released on 8th November http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/8/Schedule If you need it before that, I can create one based on Fedora 7 and yes we have Quake 3 in Fedora now which will automatically download maps from the net.
