I don't know the first thing about Perl (I think it looks like a total
mess), but I somehow got it working. I've probably broken a thousand
other things instead, but anyway, here is what I did after taking an

That is odd, I don't think there are any changes between 6.0.2 and 6.0.3
nightly that would fix this. May be it was simply the reinstall,
although I think Mitch tried many reinstalls.

Have you looked at the "favourites" plugin?
It maps playlists to the number keys.
If this is not exactly what you're looking for it would certainly be a
good starting point...
