This is possibly just my own stupidity, but I've never used a plugin
before so I'm not sure. For starters, I am using slimserver 6.5.0 and
songscanner v1.7. So I downloaded the plugin and placed it in the
plugins directory, then stopped and restarted slimserver. The plugin
shows up under server
I've posted updated code on my web site

There are now different plugins for SlimServer 6.0.x - 6.3.x and
SlimServer 6.5.x -- mainly because I added code to move all the
configuration out of the Perl file and into the SlimServer web UI that

Hi --
I am not a programmer, but I am wondering why it is not possible to
play Napster DRM tracks with SlimServer. I can play my Napster tracks
with WinAMP and MusicMatch.
I have searched on Google for "NAPSTER PERL" and there appears to be
Perl code/libraries/whatever available for interacting
I am having so much fun using these your plugins to explore my
collection in new and fun ways. Thank you for your hard work.
I was wondering if it is possible to do include/exclude templates for
other fields (as you do with genre). I have been filling up my
database with moods, styles, and them

Hi, I have downloaded the Random Playlists Plug-in but it does not seem
to do what I want. I would like to randomly play tracks on a playlist
without having to select genre etc. Does anybody know of a way to do
this please? I have a large Chill Out playlist but I don't want it to
play in the same
The BBC URLs in the thread I just cited resolve into mms streams.
Squeezenetwork does not accept the http:// URLs, but it does work with
the mms streams, which, for Radio 2, Radio 3 and Radio 4 are as
follows:
BBC Radio 2:
mms://wmlive-acl.bbc.co.uk/wms/radio2/radio2_nb_e1s1
mms://wmlive-acl.b
1) My library is about ~5000 songs with ~300 Alums and ~150 Artists.
2) I am working on Linux (Debian).
3) Via Epia ME 6000
4) It is mysql which eats up of 50% CPU Power. The other half is
occupied from VDR.
5) I installed it a week ago. I cant get slimserver started. So pls
give me a hint how

This is a WMA stream for BBC Radio 4 (FM) which seems
This is caused by the LastFM servers being too busy.
