Softsqueeze 3.7 is unreliable when playing non MP3 files/streams from
7.3.3 onwards.

I was alluding to the "settings" link in the plugins page, where the
plugin gets listed once ins
Thanks for reporting.
I haven't notice this since 7.5 embedded doesn't run on my system so my
testing of it is sporadic, but it's very, very likely that this is
another incarnation of this:

It's the same error that makes iPeng 1.2.1

No. 2.0.6 is the same as 2.05b4 except it remove the use of a library
modules and includes the code. This was because some NAS installations
didn't have the library module.
I suspect some sort of plugin install cache issue. Stop SBS,
I'm running Squeezebox Server Version: 7.5.0 Embedded (r30358) - which I
downloaded last week and which is running very stable. It's running on
a Linux server with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
I just purchased iPeng 1.2.1, and I'm very impressed. I'm running it
on a first-generation 16G Touch
I haven't put the sources of 3.9 up because there were a few more bugs
to solve but I haven't had time to get around to them.
Do you have a particular reason why you need 3.9 sources ?

I'm wondering where to find the sources for the 3.9 beta release. It
doesn't seem to be in the sourceforge cvs and the googlecode svn
contains only binaries. It should be available somewhere as it is GPL,
but where?

Hi folks-
Do you have any advice for PlayLog not initializing when
Squeezeboxserver starts up?
I see the following in my server.log:

Where do you find oldies shows with good metadata? A local FM station
plays oldies but their webcast has no useful metadata. :-(

Sounds like you have manually installed it, the automatic update
mechanism does not work with this. You need to find the location of
plugins on your server and remove the BBCiPlayer directory. The
settings - information web page will show you where plugins are likely
to be.

Be sure and disable the official plugin if you choose to try this one
out.

Thank you very much, that worked, I even got rid of the am/pm
indication.
Is there a way to get the date text in German as well?

I had 2.0.5b4 run with no problem.
Extension downloader offers to update to 2.0.6 and it doesn't load:

Those errors don't look like they are from the latest version of
BBCiPlayer - have you got 1.1.2 installed? (available from the plugin
page of 7.4 server)
