I've finally got round to setting up remote streaming and followed your
instructions on your website on how to do this without issue. I can now
take my entire music collection with me wherever I go, train, work,
holiday, party/bbq etc. - very cool thank you!

It's a Rhapsody limitation. They encrypt their streams and you need
access to that encryption to play them.
I have tried to contact Rhapsody on it but they have had no interest to
support it. If you want it supported, you need to talk to Rhapsody.
The icon thing is a Logitech issue: LMS/MySB

OK thanks but I suspect if they won't speak to the developer they are
even less likely to take any notice of me!

Well, you are a customer.
Regarding the icon: LMS/MySB sends it's own icon, which has a Rhapsody
ID but shows a Napster icon, but that would only show as a black block
in iPeng so it's no help.
