I wonder why the new helper doesn't work for you. I use max2play latest
version on a Pi3B with no issues.
I think we've seen issues with older max2play versions before. Might
actually be the reason why I did those alternative builds before.

The update to Spotty 2.8 results in no function.
I'm now using picoreplayer 4.1 (Tiny core Linux), LMS 9.2 on Raspi 3B.
Never had problems with spotty before 2.8.

This is a minor update of BBCiPlayer and a bit of a rewrite of
BBCiPlayerExtra after a data feed was removed and broke all the A-Z
menus
Out of necessity menus of BBCiPlayerExtra have changed and there is a
bit more limited selection of programs but it does give access to most

Installed correctly from repository now. The search function seems to
not work though. Thanks for the work on the plugin you have done

Because the shoutcast api changes the access url,
with this update the Shoutcast-Plugin worked again
the Plugin is a, from mysqueezebox.com independent, solution to access

I don't know of any direct way, unfortunately. Even the Ctrl+Shift
modifier that works from the Run-box (Win+R) doesn't work here.
But if you really want it you can built it on your

Hi guys,
I was looking to use the UPnP bridge to use Roon with my pro iDSD.
However it won't create the config file when i execute the following in
CMD ran in Administrator mode.
"C:\Users\Jakeh\Desktop\LMS-to-uPnP-1.0.0\application\bin\squeeze2upnp-win.exe
-i config.xml"
It just spits out

BTW: I wasn't able to disable OGG steaming as it was disabled already
and not editable. I was about to follow the instructions for installing
the old helper when

As there seem to be issues with the latest binaries on some ARM based
systems, I decided to provide an additional plugin which would let you
install the old helper binaries. It's called:
"Legacy Spotty Helper Application for ARMv6/7 architecture"
Please only install if you are having

Thanks for the swift and full response to my queries.
As ever, your longstanding efforts in maintaining and enhancing these
plugins is much appreciated - if they ever ceased working it would be
quite a blow as they are in constant use.
Cheers

Thanks, I didn't know that! Is it possible to open cmd with admin rights
this way, too?

The main menu use akamai for Live and BBC chooses for Listen Again.

thank You very much for the new patch an the instruction. Now,
Spotty-plugin works again. Your Plugin is great!
Thanks for the confirmation. That's promising on the one hand, and
frustrating on the other: I now at least know how to work around this
limitation. Unfortunately I don't have a

Not yet, but I will try the new instructions as mentioned above.
I will also first try to disable OGG streaming.

After seeing another message about the Alexa integration of LMS:
is there anything happening / possible to integrate LMS with Siri to be able to

What about the home bridge integration of LMS? I found

So I went all the way to tcpdump/wireshark and there is some interesting
findings: when it fails, the client (LMS sides) sends a TLS alert with a
code 21, which means decryption failure AFAIK and then closes the
connection (TCP FIN etc ...). So it's not the server doing anything, the
