Pretty sure I have resolved the problem. Did 2 things:
- Gave application level firewall Allow rule to
C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\Spotty\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\spotty.exe
- Disabled IPv6 on all adapters

Probably a few reasons
Peak summer time for nothern hemisphere - forum is quieter.
People who wanted super hifi and could not wait for a Deezer solution
probably found another one to satisfy their needs for now.
Don't be disheartened though - especially if it is working for you.

Since a few days LMS is shutting down automatically. I have to start it
