Following up with some more info that I have found.
The LMS docker image from user "ptoulouse" at
https://hub.docker.com/r/ptoulouse/logitechmediaserver
mentions the following in the comments:

I jumped into conclusions too early... :(
I rebooted my Synology server and had LMS running in Bridged mode and
after reboot was completed I added the two commands above but I could
not see my Spotify enabled players in Spotify app anymore.
I rebooted the LMS Docker into HOST mode and voil
I found this interesting documentation
'\"Enable forwarding from Docker containers to the outside world\"'
That paragraph says:

I even tried with running LMS in host mode in Docker but then I could
not even get LMS to start... it would just crash after few seconds.
Did not give up yet though installed Portainer to manage Dockers and
first tested in standard bridge mode but still not seeing my Spotty
clients in the

So I removed 5353 TCP and restarted Synology server and tried to add
5353 UDP now but same error.

I first stopped the "old" LMS and then uninstalled it.
I installed Docker and then the official Docker image for LMS in
Docker.
I have also rebooted the whole server but no success there either.
I added port 5353 (TCP) now as well and then restarted first LMS but no
success and then also tried
Yepp this is how it looks like in my web gui of LMS:

I made the transfer to using Docker on Synology in order to be able to
use LMS on DSM 7 in the future and I had to do the move now since I
accidentally upgraded Perl to 7.3 which caused LMS to not start
anymore.
I have been able to setup and configure LMS in Docker on my Synology
running DSM 6

When you first tried, and it didn't work, had you reinstalled
squeezeplay, or just upgraded to Windows 10 without reinstalling
squeezeplay?
I am using both Squeezebox players as well as SoftSqueeze 3.9b2 and it
works fine after I had finished upgrading all my PC:s from Windows 7
