When I opened config.txt the first line was already there.
I think the line comes when I let piCore know that I use a HifiBerre
Amp2.

Then I scrolled down and opened the 'insert mode' with 'o'.
Now I wrote the 'leds_off' line.
With 'ESC' and ':wq!' I stopped vi. And then reboot piCore.
But the led on the Amp2 remains burning!
What do I wrong or forget o

Hi
The shutdown in the custom command of Cron works perfect.
Thanks Greg and JD68.
Startup remains a little problem. I do it manually with the 'Run' on the
pi.
I think the most easiest way is to buy 4 timers for start and stop.

Peter
Hi slartibartfast
I see you used the second code of Greg.
I don't need the first code?

piCorePlayers.
There are 4 x 3 leds (2 on pi and 1 on HifiBerry) burning = 12 leds
burning when I'm sleeping.
And when I'm not sleeping: it's the whole year Christmas every night in
the living room!

I understand. Then is the question: how can I shutdown with cron (what
is syntaxis of the command).
Restart is only possible by a run command or remove/replace the
adapter?

Hi Greg
In 'Card Control' there is a possibility to enable/disable the
headphone op the Pi but not of the leds.
When do you expect version 8?
Is it possible with Cron to set off the leds. And what is then the
syntax ( I'm not a Linux user).
Every evening at 23.45 and start every morning at 09.20

Hi
I can build in the Pi and HifiBerry in the loudspeaker box.
So the burning leds have no need: I can't even see them.
Is it possible in piCore to turn off these leds?
And how do you do that?
I hope someone has a solution.

. That's no
problem. But what is the command for shutdown, stop and reboot.
I understand mnt = mount but that's all.
Can someone tell me what I have to do?
Thanks
