Ooh, haven't been paying attention, thanks folks. I was just
contemplating retiring my SB3 but this might be what the doctor ordered.

Thanks folks. I pestered them via email until I finally got a response
asking if I could wait a while and they'd get back to me...then I forgot
about it. They are missing out on a loyal revenue stream and they really
do have a fantastic Jazz library.

How hard is it do a plugin?
I've interacted with these 2 people on LMS and Material skin...I wonder
if they would be able

I did. They responded with a diagram showing me to use my browser and
connect my computer to my stereo.
So anyone have any ideas how to pass user name/login via JazzGroove?
This can't be that hard, if the browser can play hi Rez after logging
in, surely SBT can be configured to pass that info as well can't it?
Really jonesing for this one.

Updated to Material Skin 8.1
Things seem to be snappier on my Early 2009 Mac Mini server. Next song
button is crisp, used to lag/hang. Not sure if it was RP or Material
skin but working really fast now.

Ok, doing my own troubleshooting for the "Material Skin Not Installing"
problem I'm having on Mac OS X 10.11.6. Symptom is the plugin always
shows deselected, after repeated attempts to install. Plugin is not
installed upon stop/start of server or reboot of the Mac.
Looking at the server log,

7.9.2 went smoothly. However the Material Plugin won't install. I check
the box, apply, get a "Stop/Start slim Server" message. I've tried just
stopping/starting

Thanks folks, appreciate the help.
7.7.6 has been solid, Material is the first and only thing I've bumped
into that brought this to light. Material Skin is the

Am I ok to install over the top of existing 7.7.6? Or should I start
over?

What is name of the plugin?

Yeah, I have the "Show 3rd Party Plugins" enabled. I have a "Recommended
3rd party" and "Other 3rd Party" sections of plugins. I don't see
anything with "Material" using find text function
Need an assist installing Material Skin. I added the repository
(https://raw.githubusercontent.com/CDrummond/lms-material/master/public.xml)
as per Michael's letter to Darko.
However I can't find the plugin to enable it. I've rebooted, searched
active/inactive, can't see it. I've tried

Nary a hop, skip or jump today using the plugin Mellow Flac. Metadata
has been fine. They are killing it with song choices today, I keep
stopping what I'm doing to see the song/artist.

Perhaps "VBR FLAC Lossless"?
I haven't had any skips today using the newest plugin and Mellow Flac. I
couldn't get the direct links to work as streaming
I updated plugin on LMS and have tried this URL:
http://stream.radioparadise.com/mellow-flac
I can't get it to work, have tried it by adding it both to favorites in
LMS as well as favorite on mysqueezebox.com. For each, what I see is the
song start, the album cover and song info syncs...then in

Yeah, its happening right now for me on the Mellow Mix pretty regularly,
been listening for past 2 hours, just started in

Yes, I like that one. It has tended towards the golden age when I've
listened.
This one's decent as well:

I'm a non-trivial yearly supporter, please add me to the list if they
are looking at footprint of the problem. I only discovered RP because of
SBT
I've been getting dropouts, sometimes extended, sometimes intermittent.
I listen almost exclusively to the Mellow Mix via SBT/LMS. I haven't
tried the FLAC URL or lower resolution streams yet. I've discovered so
much great music, love what they're doing. I hope they get it sorted. I
