Hello. I am new here can anyone help. I have an Innous Zen and have downloaded Ipeng to my IPad and paid the £4.99 for playback functionality. The device appears to be playing but I'm getting no sound. My iPad is not muted as I can hear sound on other things e.g. BBC iPlayer. Can anyone help? I'm not very technical!
