The plugin appears to load up correctly, but when I click settings I
get a page not found. Any suggestions?

Have you considered contributing/adding your plugin to the
SqueezeCenter core?
IMO it's just as valid as Replay Gain (Track, Album, Smart)...and it is
even ' recorded and voted in bugzilla.'
I've just uploaded Transition Updater v1.5 (formerly Dynamic Transition
Updater). This release adds SqueezeCenter 7.0 compatibility and a web
UI for changing settings.
I don't have the Exclude Genres piece working with SC 7.0 yet, so
that's been removed in v1.5. I'll get it working and push out
