*Angel Dust
*King for a day...Fool for a lifetime
*Live at the Brixton Academy
When I select Artist-Faith No More, I get all albums listed.
When I select Custom Browse-Artists By Letter-F-Faith No More, I
only get

Yes, the two missing albums have ALBUMARTIST=Faith No More. The two that
show up lack the ALBUMARTIST tag. What does this mean; does Custom
Browse choke on ALBUMARTIST?

Not sure, as although I have it installed, I don't really use custom
browse. Seems odd that it wouldn't recognize album artist. Is there
anything in the custom browse settings that tells it to use or not use
album artist? It probably has something as well to do with how CB deals
with
I can't find any compilation tags anywhere on these albums
(ITUNESCOMPILATION or anything else with compilation in the name). My
Custom Browse (v.2.10.3222) settings are all default.

There are differences of opinion on this, but I only use album artist
tags where I have different track artists (compilations) and those are
also tagged with compilation =1 (or itunescompilation =1 for mp3
files). For albums with more than one artist (e.g., willie nelson and
wynton marsalis) I
Make sure to check what the View Tags link in the song details page in
the SBS web interface displays. If you by accident are using multiple
tagging types, SBS scanner might pick the tag information from the
wrong tags, for example both ID3 and VORBIS tags.
