hmmm, for some reason, that won't work on my PC or my phone... I've no
idea why, it says it is playing but there's no sound. I'm definatly
playing something on my squeezebox, and have it selected.

I also have trouble getting the .../stream.mp3 to work. This
morning I tried it on my computer and it started playing from
a playlist used last night (while my squeezebox radio was
playing something else altogether).
Stopping and restarting .../stream.mp3 I now have only silence.

So is there no such thing as a 'SoftSqueeze' for cell phones?

Stream.mp3 is not supposed to play tge same thing as your SB, it's an
own player. You have to select it in the web interface afterwards and
play stuff through it.
