I had the same problem with m4a files.
I have the LMS server & Squeezelite running on a Raspberry Pi 3, a
Squeezebox Radio and a PC with Squeezeliter-X Player.
The Radio and PC played m4a files no problem, but not Squeezelite
running on the same Pi as the Squeezebox Server, so I
