The main thing here is to find or create the install.xml file. I couldn't find it on my computer, but was able to get it by downloading the latest version of the XM plugin as posted by Neil P. Downloaded, unzipped and copied into the plugins folder. Edited as outlined above and all is well.

Todd, Have you the 3.5.1 version? If so, I would try this. Stop the SB server. Take the XM folder in plugins file in your desktop. Restart the SB server. You should not see XM in the Squeezebox server menu under Internet Radio. Put once again the XM folder in the Plugins file. Stop the SB server

Hmmm, I'm confused about making this edit. When I look for XM Radio PLUGIN so I can then find the install.xml, I'm looking in the same place where all my other plugins are located: C:\Program Files\Squeezebox\server\Slim\Plugin But within this directory, I can't find XMRadio Plugin.
