Do I just delete the server.pref file or do I have to find/delete the
UUID (I don't know where that is)?
Just remove the server_uuid value from the server.prefs file.

I just installed Ubuntu 16.04 and pulled my plugin library and
preferences from the old install

I have a new version of Band's Campout (1.3.7) waiting to be updated but
it refuses to update after selecting it and restarting LMS
Hmm... that's now the third report of this kind of issue _today_. And
nothing has changed in the plugin handling...
What other 3rd party plugins would you have?
