Hi I don't think that this has been covered before (apologies if I have

Every time I play a feed from BBC iPlayer (live or listen again) the
feed takes 59-60 seconds to start playing and then after 9 seconds
pauses (rebuffers) for about 5 seconds. Once it has done this the stream

No - BBCiPlayer plugin talks to BBC directly - no third parties involved

Tested again today and same result.
Put in the url to the dev repo and now it installs, so I think something
is wrong on SF side
