yea, I'm fine with it the way it is on the apk,
Hi.
I posted back in March of 2021 about how music played via Spotty gets
back to Spotify (or doesn't) so the artist gets paid and the Spotify
curated playlists reflect your listening. Michael, I believe, confirmed
that this "report back" wasn't available in the Librespot development at
that

You (and Redrum) are correct in your interpretations, thanks.
I would vote to have both the single-action play...*and* the 3 dots
menu, just like on the browser-hosted version
Thanks. Feel bad for the artists.
I still buy music from those I want to support... in particular smaller
groups, which quite often can be found on eg. Bandcamp.com.

Probably I had tried, but if I moved to an USB dongle must have been for
insufficient range.
The speakers are distant about 8m from the Raspi, one is in a bathroom.

In the same room I have another Raspi (Raspbian Buster), connected to my
main stereo system with a Hifi Berry DAC, connected with eth0, works
also as bridged AP.
I have just fixed a problem where the DAC would kill the wifi, moving
the channel from 1 to 3.
I found the solution here:

I came to the conclusion that the reason is the lack of free time for
the additional work on the plugin, and had hopes that at some point in
time it might get updated with more goodies.
I think it's both: limited spare time, and the lack of documentation.
More time could compensate for the

That's the reason I subscribe to Qobuz(*) - as the reporting works there
- and only use Spottify for the artists that don't have their music on
Qobuz - And I buy vinyl from the artists that I want to support extra.
But I hope Spotty's

19 months have past with lots of LMS development in that time. Is it
still the case that Spotty listening doesn't get reported back to
Spotify ?
This is not a LMS or Spotty issue, but still in the underlying
librespot. There's no documented API to report playback. It must be
reverse
Sorry, maybe I had not understood the question.
No, LMS is running on another host, this a player dedicated to the two
BT speakers.
I wasn't able to run reliably all the functions I needed in a single
player: AP, DAC, two BT speakers, one USB relais to switch on the main
HIFI system: so I split

I loaded htop and tuned the BBC, the speakers have been singing for 1h
and no sign of overload... everything (exception htop) <1%...

Hi,
(I hope this the right place to make an enquiry about the
lms-material-app android app?)
Sorry if this has been covered before:
In the LMS web interface as seen from my Windows 10 PC, when in
Favourites, I have "Play Now" and "Append to queue" buttons which pop up
when I hover over each
