I've just stumbled across an inconsistency with playing random albums via
Dynamic Playlist.
If I play via Home Dynamic Playlists Albums Last Added, the randomly
selected albums are played in track order.
However, if I play this random album playlist via Custom Browse Dynamic

Hi everyone,
Not sure if this has been attempted before (or perhaps even solved?) -
I would like to have a plugin that can read an RSS feed from a music
blog (like obscuresound.com, idolator.com, hypem.com, etc etc etc) and
display the blog post on the SB as well as stream all associated MP3
Don't think you can use PERFORMER (didn't work for me) - otherwise
Michael could correct me (again ;-)
No, I fear I can't :-)

Michael, did you see these questions I posted earlier ?
Sorry, no, didn't see them. Did you edit a forum posting? I'm subscribed
to the mailing list - which means I don't get edits from the forum.
Michael, is there some way these plugin currently can be launched for
another album/artist
Thanks for the 7.0 update. It works. But the plugins page should have a
link to the new version. It says it works with 7.0, but does not.

Thank you so much for this plugin!! It's solved my problem and also
gives me a much better solution than SavePlaylist ever did. This
plugin should replace SavePlaylist in default installations, imho!
Thanks - glad you find it useful.

You register pluginiPeng while iPeng actually evaluates
plugins*-i*-Peng. I didn't notice that so far since Erland's plugins
have been the only ones to do this so far and they do it
I have a Debian box running slimserver with AlienBBC installed very
successfully (mostly!). The server runs headless, but with speakers
attached.
I can access and play my CD collection and BBC radio stations (live and
recorded) using remote streaming (softsqueeze or real player, XP or
Vista,
AlienBBC has been designed to only play through proper Slimserver client
(i.e. Squeezebox, Transporter, Softsqueeze) and not stream.mp3.
If you search the forum you will find this discussed many times - and
in a few entries you may find workarounds.

Hi,
I would like to engage in some room correction fun but I'd like to know
if anyone has ever run the Inguz plugin on a NAS-based slimserver? I
understand the process to build the filters requires a proper computer,
but once the filters are there, what is the overhead vs. standard play
back?
maybe???

Thanks for the link.
Your mileage may vary, of course, but dont try running on a 1GHz P3; it
just wont work.
My conclusion would rather be Maybe not on a TS201. However I'm a bit
surprised that 20% x 2Ghz chip amounts to more processing power than
100% x 1 Ghz chip.
Thanks anyway for

For the last two weeks I controlled my DVD player and amplifier in my

I would like to make some more test with your setup. You said that you

did you see this?
I did - but nice weather and snow took priority :p. I'll give it a try later
today.
