Hi,

I updated the plugin - now you can specify a time span to pause playback
during amp start up - now you should'nt miss a single tune ;-)

 Guenther,

Works perfectly now. The only bug I can see now is you cannot set the
delay off time to zero. If you do, it reverts back to 30 seconds. I
just set it to 1 which is good enough for my application.

Again thanks for building this plugin it has been something I have been
 searching for.

Hi Jason,

hm - I wasn't able to reproduce this bug. If you keep the field empty -
it reverts to the default value, but if you specify zero (0) it should
work. Anyway, I looked into the settings part of the plugin and improved
it slightly, hope it now works for you.

I removed the turn on delay (as I came to the conclusion, that it
doesn't make too much sense) but added a turn on pause. Just to let you
know ...

Older versions of the plugin missed some playback start/stop events -
depending on the controller, the sent commands are different, and not
all had been taken into account, which in worst case lead to not
starting amps or amp shut down during playback.

So update could be useful.

OK - strange I must be talking to myself... However I found the Dynamic
Playlists under Tree/Server/Dyn. Playlists. But my playlists that
require input/choice is not listed. This must be some limitation in
Moose. Is this not possible to open a dialog box in Moose for the
parameter. Or is Moose just not supported anymore...

Thank you for any feedback. I love Moose.

Das Playback auf dem iPhone hatte ich schon vor dem kauf des iPads.
Wie ich das verstehe sollte das Playback fürs iPad jetzt günstiger oder

[SlimDevices: Plugins] High Hopes on Spotify

2014-01-16 Thread slartibartfast

Just tried to play Springsteen's High Hopes on Spotify and I get the
dreaded track not available in your region message. Same with Oasis
albums which are now available. I am using the Triode plugin but also
have the official plugin installed to allow different streams on
different players. I am in the UK and can play the tracks using the
Spotify app on my Nexus 7. I see the same search results with the app
and the Triode plugin so I don't understand why they won't play.

It worked perfectly with Squeezelite 1.3

Try removing the -P 85 option. This is not correct syntax (-p) but also
is not supported on windows versions. The old version of squeezelite
would ignore bad syntax the new one will not start and print the syntax
so this is possibly the problem..?

[SlimDevices: Plugins] BBC Iplayer - now playing info and BBC playlister

2014-01-16 Thread MikeSB

You may have heard of BBC Playlister which essentially allows you to
'tag' songs as you hear them on bbc radio and build playlists from these
which you can then export to services like spotify.

I was wondering whether it would be possible to implement this in the
iplayer plugin in some way. Presumably the bbc would need to allow
third party access to the playlister functionality. Also I suppose part
of the problem is that iplayer no longer displays song info?

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Local Player plugin and Squeezelite for Linux/Windows/OSX

2014-01-16 Thread SBGK

If anyone finds the sound of squeezelite on Windows to be too sibilant
and aggressive I have uploaded portaudio.dllopt1 which takes the edge
off.

It uses a few optimisation tricks in the build settings which I found
when developing my own MQn player, am happy to tell Triode what they
were. This was built on vs 2013.

I recommend using the wdm ks output ( DS and wasapi are the only other
options as have removed asio)

download at
https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B3vvH5WBfg8PdlZmeDhNZ1Utbm8usp=sharing

replace portaudio.dll in
C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\LocalPlayer\Bin
with the opt1 version (easy to switch back and forth by stopping the
server and replacing the portaudio.dll, rename portaudio.dllopt1 to
portaudio.dll)

tested on win 8.1, lms 7.8

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Playback on iPad aktivieren wenn schon auf iPhone gekauft.

2014-01-16 Thread pippin

Stunde).

Trifft irgendwas davon evtl. nicht zu?
