Hi everyone! I'm very very new to the Squeezebox / LMS fun and I very much love it! I did some testing with a Raspi and an LMS and also used philippe's beautiful plugin! Worked nicely! But then I decided that my old raspi doesn't have enough power and that I'd rather put the LMS on my QNAP

I seriously doubt there will be any. It uses HDMI, everything else will be wrapped in CoreAudio, even for iOS you'll have to digg around and talk to a lot of Apple devs until you really understand them. I'd expect it to support multichannel (5.1) audio, though, that was added to the capabilities

I keep a LMS on my Windows laptop (just in case). Started it up today and got the "plug in updated, restart" message. So I did a couple of restarts, and the defunct Triode You Tube logo in My Apps changed like magic.:confused: Did the API key thing and off she goes. Many thanks philippe_44.

Yes, the new TV unfortunatly dosnn't have an optical output anymore, only HDMI :-(. I don't know, if an optical output would be better and it would be possible to play music without losing sound quality, maybe there are the same issues Pippin mensioned before.
