Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] ANNOUNCE: AirPlay Bridge = integrate AirPlay devices with LMS (squeeze2raop)
HI Phillipe I was encouraged by some of the supportive guys on here to give your plugin a go as my new AV receiver (a Yamaha RXA1060) supports AirPlay. I think I've set everything up correctly, but I'm not hearing/seeing anything on the AirPlay side of things on the AVR - when I click on AirPLay on the AVR, I get the window that I normally see when I'm playing music (a square for the album art, track meta data underneath... but nothing is showing. On the LMS GUI it all looks good, and the AVR is identified as a player ('Lounge') and I can even choose music and 'see it playing' in the GUI... bujt nothing on the actual AVR. I've attached the log, to see if you might be able to spot what's not quite right. I fully expect to have to tweak things, but with so many variables, I'm not sure where to start. If the log doesn't help, let me know what you need from this end and I'll happily send it via this forum. I've also added a screen grab of the setup within LMS (not sure where the config file gives you this?)23844 Appreciate your help. I really would like to get this working on my AVR Code: debug debug debug 30 debug 15 -30:1, -15:50, 0:100 30 0 2097152 flc,pcm,aif,aac,mp3 1 2 1 1 ? 1 30 0 96000 1 0 1000 1764000 0 1 stop -1 -1 debug 192.168.1.158 debug debug debug F0C77F10D4B1@Lounge._raop._tcp.local Lounge Lounge aa:aa:7f:10:d4:b1 1 783E53A305A2@Sky Q Mini1152._raop._tcp.local bskyb-mr412 bskyb-mr412 aa:aa:29:d1:05:a2 0 783E53769862@Sky Q 2TB Box0631._raop._tcp.local 97445 97445 aa:aa:29:bb:98:62 0 +---+ |Filename: ap-001.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=23844| +---+ Steve Kettering, UK StevePalmer's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=42535 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105198 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Well Spotty is not on the list of allowed programs though logitech media server is there and it shows up on LMS settings. I had spotty working though every time I tried to use it I had to jump through hoops to get it to work, but I was always able to get it to work, till now. jimbo2ko's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=67422 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108030 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] announce: ShairTunes2W - Airtunes on LMS (forked version with Windows support)
Hi Philippe, I'm trying to integrate a wonderful 'Wega Concept 51k' (http://www.studio.de/wega-concept-51k-von-hartmut-esslinger/) from the 1970's (yes, the one that is part of the permanent exhibition at 'NY MOMA' (https://www.moma.org/explore/inside_out/2014/11/06/whats-on-your-turntable/)) into my audio landscape, especially to make use of its turntable. But I would like to playback the sound via my Denon AVR-3000X - and I can't use a cable, so I'm looking for a wireless solution. I don't want to use 2.4 GHz transmitters, and Bluetooth would also be a second choice. The Denon is Airplay capable. Therefore my question: Do you think that there might be a way to use a Raspi to "stream" the sound (connected via line-in/mic-in of a USB audio card connected to the Raspi) via Airplay to the Denon? Latency due to the time needed for digitizing the analogue sound input wouldn't be an issue in my case, as I don't plan (for the moment) to use multiroom setups for the turntable playback. Some kind of Airplay Bridge between the sound card and LMS and/or PCP? Thanks & best regards Martin PCP (always latest version) on RasPi 3 with PhatDac (player & server) PCP on several RasPis 2 +3 2 Airplay speakers (Sony SA-NS510) integrated via Airplay Bridge Plugin streampunk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66210 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106289 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Help needed to install IQaudIO's rotary encoder in piCorePlayer
Hi Ralphy Thank you for your answer. The downloadable IQ_rot from IQaudIO's site is also a v1.5 but with a different size of the file. Maybe they used some slghtly different settings during compilation. Anyway I still had no luck with your attached version but then I tried the Pippins sbpd.tcz package. This one works fine for me, although at first I thought it wouldn't work as well. I hadn't attached any speakers at this time and just looked at the Pi display and inside the Alsamixer to look for changes when turning the rotary encoder. I didn't suspect the several seconds long delay here and was almost fooled to think it didn't work. The Alsamixer doesn't move at all but thats probably normal. Maybe I will give the IQ_rot another try later.
