In the interests of managing expectations, is a windows version of this

Getting Connect to work reliably is higher on my priority list. It's

Hi All.
We are having a heck of a time with the LMS and Spotty.

Mine is a ReadyNas Ultra but it uses Pearl 5.8.8 too . Anyway to get a
newer version of Perl, that can do the task ?
I'd rather go the Pi way: get a Raspberry Pi, install piCorePlayer or
max2Play, and use this to run LMS. You can still leave your music files
on the NAS. But it's a much
One can always contact the company behind Pocket Casts and ask them for
supporting the Squeezebox eco system. I've been in contact with them and
they said they'd consider it but I guess it's more likely the more
people that are getting in touch with them.

Me Three!
I installed the plugin on my Vortexbox / LMS server which I control via
Orangesqueeze on an Android tablet.
Works fine, but how do I create a playlist ?
I can see the option when I am playing a track, press it to Save to
playlist and then - nothing.
Where am I going wrong ?

Hi,
That's great to have this Qobuz plugin! (I use it all the time)
On my side, I'd really like to be able to sort "My favourites" since I
have hundreds of albums there...
If somebody could help there, this plugin would be even greater!
At least Artists, Albums...
Thanks,

Is there a way to move the iPeng "Preferred" list form the old to the

Well you need to start the exe from a directory where there is a
config.xml or you need to

Not a direct solution, but FYI...
I've used a couple of things to integrate Pocketcasts with Squeezebox,
coming from an Apple perspective:
- Chromecast Audio connected to Squeezebox Line In and use Chromecast
to play podcasts (iOS app supports Chromecast)
- Shairtunes plugin for

Ok
So :
I'm usually running LMS on my Windows system, but to give a try to
spotty with connect, i did install LMS on my rasp pi 2 under debian 9.
LMS is accessible from web, and i did install the spotty plugin (1.9.7)
but whenever i click on the parameters link it says :
404 Not Found:
LMS did restart correctly and i did wait long enough ...
Did a search on my windows system for this basic.html file and did the
same on the rasp, the file is there
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/HTML/EN/plugins/Spotty/settings/basic.html
looks like rights issue,
Have you restarted LMS after installing Spotty?
If so, did you wait long enough after the installation before you
restarted it, to complete the download?

Not sure if this is any help but I'm running the same version of LMS on
Max2Play & the plugin continues to work for me.
It has been ok for several weeks now, since I read some of the comments
above and tried it again. I didn't need to uninstall & reinstall though,
it just started

If I start the win.exe the command line said something like there's no
config file.
But on LMS it seems.ok and I can open the XML.

Hi
It's me again with my Xiaomi speaker. I installed your plugin on my
windows server, authorize firewall and I see my speaker (OpenWrt).
Songs seems to work but no sound from the speaker.
Any idea why ?

AirPlay bridge. Shairtunes is the other way around, i.e. you want to use
your SB players as if they were AirPlay devices.

Just to understand wich topic to use, is it shairtunes or airplay bridge

I guess it's the second one?

Yes, you can even install just the binary helper (squeeze2raop-xxx) on
any machine connected to your network, w/o a LMS server,
If I install your plugin airplay on my windows server, can I use airplay
speaker on another server ?

It seems to work with gapeless to no. I'll check.
As I can't test right now, if I've got a second xiaomi speaker, I can't
sync with the first one ?
Thank for your help.
