It might be that the "-b 24" option is a problem as it forces flac to not be compatible with the subset specification (which is afaik, needed to make a fully streamable format) - see https://xiph.org/flac/documentation_tools_flac.html and https://xiph.org/flac/format.html#subset With regards to field help and user guide, I normally have updated them fully. Aside from my poor english, do you see anything specific missing (the helps are in the file strings.txt in /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/UPnPBridge and the doc is one level below, in the HTML directory). Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Squeezelite-X
New version1.3.6 coming, just submitted to store. Changes: * Added option to allow/disallow running in background. Background/tray operation is default, but if you de-select this option, then there is no tray icon and Squeezelite-X runs like a regular app and terminates when you close the main window, rather than staying alive in the tray. * Simplified the Settings screen. I removed the Sleep/Idle timers as I don't think they were much value added and I wanted to simplify things. * Newer version of CEF library (browser engine). Nothing should be different, but I might as well keep it up to date. * New build of squeezelite-win.exe. Same version but Ralphy re-built it with updated libraries. As usual, takes a few days to get through the certification and publication process. The legacy installer for Windows 7 is available at the link in the first post in this thread. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.0.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Hi Michael, I am pleased to report, that Spotty is up and running smoothly on my Pi. I took slartibartfast's advice: slartibartfast wrote: > I know this comment does not help but max2play just works for everyone > else. Maybe a complete reinstall would be the best path to take (even if > it is a massive PITA and I would completely understand if you didn't > want to) > > Edit. Anyway, thank you for your patience and great work with Squeezebox and support in this forum.
