Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Squeezelite-X
Version 2.6.31 was uploaded tonight. Changes: - Implemented "screen-snap" for the main and minibrowser windows, meaning the windows will "snap" to the screen borders/corners. - Mini-browser has a new button that allows you to change the size of the mini-browser window. It will toggle the size between 100% and 85%. - Removed the field in settings to define the LMS Http port. It has been obsolete for some time, since SLX gets that port from the discovery or the CLI interface so there is no need to have it. - If mini-browser is set to "Stay on Top", then it will become very slightly transparent when it does not have focus. You also need to set permissions and ownership on that folder the same as the one you replace. One last thing is when you copy over a server.prefs file, make sure you remove the server_uuid value before starting up the new instance, as it mightconfuse your players. see https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?106665-What-is-best-way-to-transfer-my-LMS-server-to-a-different-Mac-computer=871160#post871160 Logitech Media Server Version: 8.0.0 - 1590897265 @ Sun May 31 06:47:52 CEST 2020 Operating system: Debian - EN - utf8 Platform Architecture: x86_64-linux Perl Version: 5.26.1 - x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi Database Version: DBD::SQLite 1.58 (sqlite 3.22.0) One SB Touch connected by Ethernet - Denon AVR -1912 Receiver, Paradigm 4.1 speakers SB Classic connected by Optical to Sabaj A4 amp and Energy bookshelf speakers Two SB Radios wireless SlimChances's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=165 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=107707 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Initial tests with a Pi and an SB3. Works perfectly. The Pi gets 24/96 the SB3 gets 16/44.1. Just need to try a mixed group player. I presume it will sync the lower rate. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Soundcloud plugin for squeezeserver
I've previously used the Soundcloud plugin, but today it just doesn't won't play. I can open the plugin, but when I try to play something, nothing happens (except that if a song was playing, it stops). No error messages, no errors in the logfile. I got myself a new API-key, but that hasn't helped. Server-version: 8.0.0, Soundcloud plugin version: 0.9.5 Any help appreciated Jesper, Denmark holck's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=42609 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=92723 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I need to re-check the genre filtering, but it should basically work. If things are not as you would expect, set the plugin's logging level to DEBUG and you should see a lot more info - it shoud show response from MIP, why tracks were filtered, etc. *Material debug:* 1. You stated "when I select do not exclude genres every track it finds fails to match genre." The issue there was it was filtering on genre, when there was no genre => genre did not match, filtered out. Genre filtering itself should work, as that is what I use all the time - and its why I have groups of genres in the JSON file. I found MIP would sometimes mix in a pop track whilst I was listening to Rock, and I did not want that.
