Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
Hi , Trying to play one format like 192Khz and then selecting another track with different format like 88.2Khz without stopping the previous track , causing all kind of weird issues like cracking noises ,playing stops, and app crashing. If I am stopping the previous track and then playing the other format everything is good. I tried with few devices with the last iPeng version with the same results. I tried the same sequence with Squeeze lite with my computer and it is working correctly. I will apricate solution to this issue. er1000's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71821 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: UPnPBridge = integrate UPnP/DLNA players with LMS (squeeze2upnp)
Hi I use the program to connect my streamer to my roon core in my PC (both streamer and PC connected to the same router) and it has been working fine. Lately I tried another network setup where I connect my streamer directly to PC via Win 10's network bridge function so the streamer is no longer connected to the router but "bridge" through the PC. Now the ssqueeze2upnp can no longer discover my streamer but at the same time other program like bubbleupnp can still discover the streamer and stream music to it. I can also ping the streamer in my PC. So it seems like the issue is related to same setting issue in squeeze2upnp? So I just wondering is there any additional setting I need to do in the squeeze2upnp? Thx in advance. case9413's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=70220 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103728 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Denon AVP Control Plugin
SamY and I have published 4.1 of the plugin. Updates should be transparent. Here are the major new features: * Improved support for menu features * Choice indicator for Denon AVP * Quick Select on double pause * Handle incremental volume change after mute to compensate for LMS (mis)behavior * Allow volume synching in all zones * Support for switching between fixed and variable player output levels Again if you have any issues please PM or email me or post here. Not all streaming services carry the year in their metadata. I think its only seen via context menu if MAI pulls it from elsewhere and at present not everything that MAI gathers is available to the Json calls. Probably could, but will not. The Spotty plugin, and any others, should add this meta data to the status messages - and therefore this would be used by all clients. *Material debug:* 1. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] PiCorePlayer, JiveLite, Synology LMS 8.0.0 and Weather Screensaver
Can you get to LMS 8.2 ? If yes - then you can enable "Use unsupported extensions" (bottom of plugins page). Click apply - and then you should see a new group of unsupported plugins and "Custom Clock Helper" is listed. I do not know if it works. Alternative approach is to download the plugin and install it by hand (probably changing the install.xml that you find in the zip file to change the maxversion). [SlimDevices: Plugins] PiCorePlayer, JiveLite, Synology LMS 8.0.0 and Weather Screensaver
Hello, after an update of Synology (Perl) and some time of searching now I have a running LMS 8.0.0 with a Perl version 5.24. And I have a PiCorePlayer with Touchdisplay and 4 instances of players on a RaspBerryPi. I want to have a running weather forecast as a screensaver. The SuperDateTime plugin is installed and CustomClock too. Somewhere in the forum I found the information that I need the CustomClockHelper plugin additionally. But it is not listed (because it is only included in LMS versions lower than 8.0.0???) Can someone please help me to get a weather forcast on my touch? Or give some informations? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Community Firmware for Squeezebox Radio/Touch/Controller and LMS 8
Thinking more about it ... making hideURL handle more places where it is displayed would be a problem for favourites. So Favourites is a good reason to have a PH in this situation since it masks the real destination.
