To try the equivalent out if you do not have the beta repo then make a small change to /Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/RadioNowPlaying/Plugin.pm and put a # at the start of line 842 that currently shows I tried that, but it didn't bring back the Swiss stations (Perl 5.18).

@tuc, it seems that each of your groups contains a SB Boom which probably doesn't support Hi-Res (at least not more than 48 kHz sampling rate). The Qobuz plugin limits the rate to 44,1/48 kHz and 16 bits if the player doesn't support Hi-Res. Maybe it does the same if one player in the group is
