I am happy with Squeezelite-X on my PC, it comes in handy.
When starting and loading an album, I choose ALBUM and then the list is
very long.
Is there a way to quickly go to e.g. "S" in the alphabet? How about if I
type a letter on the keyboard, it goes to that section of the list?
I installed from the Microsoft Store - just wondering - will these
updates be automatically installed on my PC, or do I have to do
something?

Thursday I received a TIDAL account, so today I fixed up piCorePlayer
(it needed a new DAC) and found that TIDAL is a module you must install
in LMS plugins. It uses mysqueezebox.com so you need a valid account
there. In mysqueezebox.com you need to load the TIDAL module and

Hi there, I'm still on .24 but I wish to report an issue that has come
(and looks similar to previous experience).
It happens when I shutdown the computer. Presumably as I push OK, the
application is killed and the computer goes down, but it doesn't look
like a pretty shutdown for SLX.

Today SLX upgraded to 2.4.25.
I observed, which isn't exclusively .25 ... also previous versions, that
my computer started with network (WiFi) off. Then SLX is autoloaded and
doesn't connect. When I connect to my WiFi, then SLX doesn't discover
that the connection is now established.

When I started my computer this morning SLX was updated to .28 (directly
from .25). The computer started without (WiFi) network so presumably the
update was downloaded yesterday and installed when restarted. Just

... or, LMS is the name of the media server software, whereas LMSRepack
is a specific package containing LMS (targeting Synology DiskStation

if the NAS server (running LMS) goes to sleep and there's nothing that
SLX can do about this. Could you describe in more details what you are

knowledge you can run LMS in a Docker container on this one. If
possible, I recommend to return the DS220J and replace with a DS220+.

Ah OK, still Port Settings inside the Docker application. All local
ports were set to 'Auto' so I changed them to explicitly be the same as
the Container Ports. When pushing the 'Apply' button I get this message:

I've tried to change the port setting for 9000 to 9002 instead and then
I also changed HTTP_PORT = 9002. I still cannot load LMS into my
browser.
The lms container runs in 'bridge' mode. It's the default.

Thank you to the community, Jaca and Carlos for their descriptions of
how to install LMS on Docker. I updated my Synology DS 6.2 to 7.1 today
(Synology had about 15 v. 7 updates since my last DSM upgrade) and so it
was time to go for a Docker solution.

I had a problem with Squeezelite-X, it crashed on me. Now, if I open
Squeezelite-X, then it shows up in the taskbar below, but inaccessible.
I see in Task Manager that I have now 4 instances running. When killing
the application, I am able to start up Squeezelite-X and everything runs
fine. Just
In piCorePlayer, Main Page, Additional Functions - Extensions, I can see
that I have access to the piCorePlayer repository
(https://repo.picoreplayer.org/repo/)
I therefore think the problem is with your network, for example firewall
blocking the access, or possibly a hick-up by a virus

Thanks for testing the new FLAC release. Presumably you ripped 16 bit.
Possibly something 24 bit (?). The critical factor might become 32 bit.
For now we can leave things the way they are, and should we experience
problems with 32 bit FLAC, then we can point back to this thread.

One of my beloved features is that LMS can show 'Random Album' picks,
