Hi Erland,

Custom Scan integration with iTunes is working perfectly in combination
with the iTunesUpdate.pl script: ratings/playcounts are exported from

Hi Erland,
I followed your advice and (grrr... reluctantly) removed all the special
characters from the filenames; so in the future I won't be able to let
iTunes do the organizing.
Guess that's the trade-off in working with Linux and Windows...
Next, I cleared all Trackstat info tried a new
Nevermind! I resolved it by setting the log level to Debug and there I
could see where the scanning went wrong exactly.
Turned out to be a corrupt mp3 file. Back to happy listening! :-)

Yes, all of them are enabled... Oh well, then I have to regularly click
on Scan manually.
Maybe I will try to reinstall the whole LMS-system someday, hopefully
that will solve it.
Also, Update plugins automatically was already enabled, but I don't
get the updates.
What is the best way to update

No, I don't think so -- I attached the server.log (I deleted the parts
that were before and after my nightly 02:00 scan, and thus not
relevant).

Thanks for your response, Erland; good to know that the fault is

I would say: take your time. I don't expect you to keep up with the

Hi, hope somebody can help me out! When I want to start the Dynamic

Hi Erland,
A kind reminder of the problem above. iTunes ratings are still not
updated; I'm still using iTunes 12.1 (not daring to upgrade to 12.2).
I would presume these errors provide a hint of where the problem lies:

For me the songs and playlist also don't get copied. (Sony Xperia z5

Guys, MusicIP in combination with Spicefly Sugarcube is the way to go!

For me it works now! 20 songs got copied (albeit a little slow).
For now I have to figure out how to combine this with my normal music

I had this also today. For me it was due to the fact that I've got a
Facebook-linked Spotify-account. So for mysqueezebox.com I had to use
the Spotify "Set device password" route (you can Google this).
With this, you get an e-mail with a numerical user name and a link to
create a password.
Wow, congrats on this wonderful skin -- it satisfies all my LMS needs,
so I'm currently using it as my daily driver on mobile and desktop.
(Well, displaying *ratings *on the browse/now playing screens would make
it even more complete for me, but I guess ratings have become a niche
thing).

Hopefully this is a problem @ the Spotify back-end & they will fix it

I'm really liking the new "Replace player's icon in toolbar with a power

Hi Erland & Michael,
I've been thinking about this case & am not sure if the fault really
lies in Trackstat mishandling online tracks, because they are picked up
perfectly in the Trackstat XML -including - ratings (as you can see in

Isn't the problem more that things like

Hi Craig,
I think I've stumbled upon a funny bug or limitation: in the Queue you
can only click on the album/artist name (to quickly go to that
album/artist) with -upcoming- tracks.
For the -current playing and already played tracks- this doesn't work --
there's also no hover color, so they're
Ah, thanks for that, with debug I've now narrowed it down: it happens
only with -Spotify tracks (in the past & current)- (both local and
Spotify tracks are already added to my library).
So, Spotify tracks that are upcoming work fine and with them I'm able to
click to go to the artist/album.

That's logical, because with Spotify songs that aren't in my library LMS
wouldn't have a library view to show the album content or all the albums
for that
Hi Michael,
I think I've stumbled upon a funny bug or limitation: if I add a rather
large Spotify album (with 50+ songs) to my LMS Library, then only the
first 50 songs of that album are shown or "imported".
So it seems that a maximum is hardcoded or is it maybe a limitation of
Librespot?

Hi afriend,
On Github you write specifically that RL is "A plugin that takes care of

Since the Online Library integration we've been heavily using and rating

Super; no hurry for me, but good to hear it's in the pipeline.

Hi all,
